Sherfield-on-Loddon, north-east of Basingstoke, pairs an old village around the green with the newer Sherfield Park development, and we work in both.
Homes in Sherfield-on-Loddon
The old village has period houses and 1970s homes that need characterful bathrooms and careful carpentry; Sherfield Park, built in the 2010s, has modern houses with developer bathrooms and en-suites that owners upgrade to a higher finish. Oak door sets are popular in both.
